Have you ever wondered how all those so called ‘Big Check’ gurus as I call them make all that money?  Here’s how…..

They’ve mastered the art and science of turning ‘Stone Cold’ skeptical strangers into raving fans!!

There are 5 steps or phases to convert a stranger to a customer:

Phase1:  Skeptical, Resistant Stone Cold Stranger
This is where all ‘cold traffic’ begins.  They don’t know you or care about you and are living THEIR lives. To move them to the next phase you MUST capture their attention.

Phase 2:  Mildly Curious.
You move a prospect from Phase 1, stone cold, skeptical, resistant stranger to Phase 2, Mildly Curious, by  making them…yep…curious about some aspect of your offer.

And you make them curious by offering the prospect something that prospect DESPERATELY wants…solve a deep seated problem .  For example, internet marketers have a problem of finding people to market to…or how to get people, especially strangers to buy from you….so you offer them …

a proven, bullet-proof formula  to easily convert ‘stone cold strangers’ to customers…every single time…”

bet THAT  aroused your curiosity didn’t it????

To know what to say to a prospect to get them curious, you MUST: i.  know who your perfect customer is; ii. what that target customer desperately want; iii. then offer to give it to them.   This is the process for getting that prospect to start, and I emphasize, start, to pay attention to your message.

Once you have aroused their curiosity you can bring them along to the next phase…interest.

Phase 3:  Interested.

Getting your prospect’s attention through initial CURIOSITY and bringing them through to genuine INTEREST is indeed a PROCESS and takes many many contacts over a period of time. Fact:  70% of all sales occur the 5th contact …OR LATER….and with the onslaught of marketing messages hitting people every single minute of every day…its taking more and more and more contacts to break through!!.

Consequently you need various tools and media to bring your message consistently and relentlessly to your prospect over time…..

Squeeze pages, video sales pages, follow up email messages, webinars etc…

Each contact MUST contain messages targeted on THE PROSPECT and THEIR PROBLEMS, DESIRES, DEEP SEATED FEARS AND CONCERNS.

When you know your customer well enough to offer to solve what THEY, most want and you consistently over time stay in front of them with your offered solutions…. you WILL  get the prospect genuinely interested in your offer.  Once you get them to this point, time for Phase 4…..

Phase 4: Customer
So, if you’ve done your homework and truly know what your prospect desperately wants and you’ve offered to give it to them consistently by following up properly in all media over time, your prospect now:

-believes you CAN give them something they desperately want
-likes and trusts you enough to buy from you..YEAH!!

And here’s a truth many many people ignore…..

      Once you get an initial sale, its FAR easier to get additional sales.

You’ve already established your relationship with them so getting them to buy again is much easier….and cheaper!!!  You spend TONS converting a stone cold prospect to a customer.  So take advantage of that leverage the relationship you’ve already established and get them to buy more

Just keep offering to solve THEIR needs/problems and deepen your relationship with them e.g.  Facebook groups, live stream video webinars, private and group coaching.  The more contact you allow with you, the more they will bond to you and ironically the more they will spend with you…which takes us to the final phase…

Phase 5:  Raving Fan
This is the phase where your customer so knows you, likes you and trusts you (because you’ve  GENUINELY and CONSISTENTLY offered solutions to address YOUR CUSTOMER’S NEEDS..this is what we call ‘providing value’)

This is when your customers become ‘RAVING FANS’ and buy more and more.  This is where you introduce, if you haven’t previously, recurring revenue coaching programs that pay you evergreen income every month….

Simple equation here.  Whatever the product or service…. the more value you provide, the more your customers buy and the more they buy the more they become your raving fans..get it???’

The Savage Truth

This cultivation of your lead from ‘stone cold prospect’ to ‘raving fan’ takes TIME and CONSISTENCY.  This is the point where most marketers fail…they think if the prospect doesn’t buy the first time…..

“it doesn’t work…”  “its all crap’  “nobody’s buying..” or something of the like.

The key is to keep moving your prospects along in gradual, small increments.  No huge leaps…’buy my stuff even though I don’t know you…

”  Just boil the frog slow…..small step by small step…”

Truth is….PEOPLE ARE BUYING…MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS EVERY DAY AND THAT NUMBER IS GOING UP EVERY YEAR TOO!!!

You MUST learn how to get in front of these MILLIONS who are ready willing and ready to buy…..and you do it by applying these 5 Phases.
