Why Most Fail Online

You know why most people fail to convert their leads into sales?
Its because they don’t think they are dealing with real humans (with real emotions).
They think they are dealing with emotionless robots who will do as they say.

Typical Funnel That Fails
For example, here’s a simple funnel that most put together

Step 1 – A visitor is sent to an optin page with a hypey
headline. He has to enter his email get more information.

Step 2 – Once he enters his email, he is taken to a sales page
where he is pitched HARD.

Step 3 – If he buys, great. If he doesn’t, he is bombarded
with 20,000 short emails with a link back to the hype filled
sales page. The aim is to make him buy or go mad.

This is THE funnel used by many.
And these funnels do NOT work (in general).
They used to work say 7-8 years back but not now.
Definitely not as well for sure.

Now why doesn’t it work?

BECAUSE THERE IS NO FREAKING VALUE FOR YOU… THE PROSPECT.

All he is done is bombarded with sales messages right from start.
And YOU are  bombarded for MONTHS.

End result – You get sick of the marketer and you either
unsubscribe or  ignore him.
And then the marketer complains about the traffic source being
crappy because his prospects couldn’t take his non stop pitches.

Sad story.

Happens way too often….don’t want it happen for you!!!
Sure some people will buy if you use this approach but most
won’t.

What Makes People Buy From You
So what makes prospects buy your stuff?
3 things:

1. Trust in you
2. Trust in the product that you are promoting
3. Trust in the fact that the said product will actually help them their current situation

So how do you get them to trust?
Simple.
By educating them.

When I say education, I am not asking you to give away your
best content or courses for FREE and hope that your prospects
would buy from you out of love.
It doesn’t work that way.
Educating your prospects is an art.

It must be done in a way to make your prospects understand
their problems (better than ever) and show them solutions
for their problems.

Basically you are educating your prospects on the “WHAT”
part and then slowly guiding them to the “HOW” part which
gets solved in your product/service.

In some cases, explaining some strategies
(a bit of the “HOW” part) works in building massive rapport after which you can present your
“ULTIMATE HOW” solution (which they can get by
buying your product).

You see….most prospects don’t know the
magnitude of their problems or its intricacies.

Most prospects don’t know WHAT they need to be
doing to find a solution to their problems.

So when you come and help them understand
what they need to be doing, they will buy  from you
more easily PLUS they will LOVE YOU for the
value you exhibited during the whole sales process.

And by the way, testing shows that your best customers
(who spend the most money) are those who come
after consuming your content before.

The Sales Conversion Formula
Marketers who exhibit a lot of value (while knowing how to sell)  are those who have the most stable and profitable businesses.
