Several days ago I played a fun board game called “Cash Flow.”  The game is designed to teach you how to move through the world of the 9-5 job (The RAT RACE) and escape to the world of true passive income or wealth.

It’s not how much you make…rather, its ALL about whether your passive residual income is equal to or greater than your expenses.  You can make $20,000 per month but if your expenses are $25,000…you’re humpin to pay your bills just like a factory worker!!   In fact you’re probably worse off than the factory worker because your expenses are so high it will take a crap load of work to generate enough passive income to equal your expenses.
