For me, back in the day, real estate

was how I created my freedom initially
and I FOCUSED all my energy, time

resources into learning everything I could.

I chose what mentors, methods and resources

I wanted to support my focus and my path was

absolutely clear cut…no distractions.

Finally, I was COMMITTED to this course

and blocked out ALL distractions.

Right Action
The final component of success is RIGHT ACTION.

Not wrong action…but RIGHT ACTION.

First thing I teach my consulting clients is

to determine what your INCOME PRODUCTING

ACTIVITIES ARE….and DO THEM EVERY DAY!!!

Too many of you are stuck in either

==majoring in minors–spending time on unimportant

non income producing activities.

For my real estate business, I know making offers

was my income producing activity so I made at least

3-5 offers every day.
