1. Step One: Create a message your audience wants to hear!!! Seriously. Know your target market..their wants, needs, fears and concerns. Create a compelling message that is a match for your market. Compelling in this case means answering the central question your prospect has in their mind namely “Can you help me make money?”
2. Step Two: Drive TONS of targeted traffic to your compelling offer. Place TONS of ads in the places where your target market will see it. This is where most people fail…they don;t know where to get traffic. I know where to get MILLIONS OF VIEWS PER DAY!!! I conduct co ops for my team where I do the research and all my team has to do is buy into a co op. Boom….instant done for you traffic. You can’t get people to say ‘yes’ to you unless you drive traffic.
3. Step Three: Generate your own leads…NEVER BUY LEADS. Create a webpage where you place your same message you had in your advertising and ask for just the email address in exchange for you giving your prospect the answer to the issue you raised in your advertising. This web page is called a “capture page” because it captures your prospect’s email address. The less information you ask for the higher the response..conversely, the more info you ask for, the lower your response.
4. Congruence: I was able to get 73% of stone cold strangers to say ‘yes’ to me because the message I put in my advertising resonated with my audience’s deepest desires. This deep resonance made them want to know more. Then I continued this EXACT SAME MESSAGE on the web page where I capture the email and capture a lead (Step 3 above). Then when the prospect clicks through to the sales page, they see THE EXACT SAME MESSAGE THAT I PROMISED DELIVERED ON THAT SUBSEQUENT PAGE. I can’t stress how important this is. You have to carry across the same message all throughout your marketing.
These steps above outline the process for capturing a high percentage of strangers to leave their email address. This entire process is spearheaded by having a high converting offer that resonates with your audience. You can either create your own offer or use one that already exists and is proven to generate sales.
