What Is A SOLO AD?

Solo Ads are tiny little classified ads with a subject line and body copy (message) you place in targeted online magazines and advertising forums.  Having the ezines be targeted to the niche you are selling in is critical as you want to be offering something that is of value and interest to the people reading/subscribing to that particular ezine..make sense right??

There is a specific formula to constructing a solo ad that works.  Here are the steps to writing a proper solo ad:

1.  The SUBJECT LINE must invoke interest and curiosity of your target audience.  I use “How you can earn X money in Y time in a home based business.  A proven formula…..there are others.  Only purpose of the subject line is to get readers to read the next line.

2.  The BODY COPY (message) must further create curiosity initiated in the subject line.  You offer something of value to your readers here (free report, video etc) that is in alignment with the initial curiosity invoking subject line and the resulting body copy.

3.   The CALL TO ACTION is  where you direct readers to leave their email in exchange for the free gift or “ethical bribe” you offer in the body copy.

4.   LEAD CAPTURE.  When the reader leaves their email, you have captured a lead that you can follow up with by sending additional messages/videos to them to familiarize them with you and your offer.  Nobody buys the first time they see anything.  In fact, 70% of all sales are made the 5th contact OR LATER….the money is in the follow up in this step.  (more specific and detailed trainings on this later…stay tuned to this blog in the Team New Freedom Members Area).
