Ok…here’s a test.  How many leads did you have coming into your marketing funnel yesterday?  The day before?  If the answer is any number less than 5…something is wrong…and if you don’t fix it FAST…YOU WON’T BE AROUND 90 DAYS FROM NOW!!!

One of the biggest mistakes we all make as marketers is relying on two few  lead sources.   In fact, most people, especially beginners, are so happy to have anything that works that they cling to that one source and seldom move beyond it…and then something happens to that one source and they have NOTHING.

You must know that in marketing (as in life) one is truly the loneliest number(the musical group Three Dog Night made a very cool song with this same title…I digress smile)

You MUST MUST MUST have multiple streams of leads coming into your marketing funnel.  Below, in order of importance and in the order you should probably set them up are the most important lead generation strategies

1. Google Adwords

2. Yahoo PPC

3. MSN (Bing) PPC

4. Article Placement on Ezine Director

5. Solo Ads

6.  Social Media Marketing

Twitter
Facebook         ]        all funneling back to your blog or capture page
Youtube
MySpace

7. PPV (Pay Per View) Networks
TrafficVance
Lead Impact

8. Banner Advertising
with remarketing

9. Text Ads

10. Coreg (with immediate voicemail going right to sign up)

11.  Insterstitials

12.  Bulk Email Marketing

Of course your objective is to pick ONE strategy, implement it, optimize then move on to the next strategy.  And I also know that many of these strategies may be absolutely foreign to you.  Guess what???  You’re internet marketers and your job is to use…DUH… the internet to learn how to do stuff.

On a serious note, I have become a SERIOUS student of lead generation.  I buy anything I find on the topic and Ive taken just about every PPC and Paid Media course in the industry.  Little wonder I know a bit about lead generation….(I’ve also made just about every mistake you can make…so I know what to tell YOU to avoid).

Because it’s such an important topic and so critical for your success,  I am developing an updated  ‘The Internet Marketers Beginners Bootcamp Marketing Strategies  Supplement to my original Beginners Bootcamp where I will thoroughly explain each of these strategies and how to implement them.  Stay tuned…probably out by late Summer or Early Fall.

Bottom line, the more streams of leads you have coming into your business the stronger your business will be.  For example, if you have built your business like I’ve directed in this training, the Google Slap would not have made you blink.  Even if your Google PPC was down, you would have literally dozens of other streams funneling leads EVERY DAMN DAY into your system.

Multiple streams of daily lead flow should really be your number one priority when first establishing your business.  Everything and I do mean everything else is secondary and irrelevant if you don’t have leads coming in.  Your second most important task is converting your leads to sales, cash and recruits…again in THAT ORDER…more on that in another training.

Think of it this way…if you had a sparkling new Porsche but no gas in it how far would you get?   Same for your business.  If you have the best websites, all your technical stuff and autoresponders are all set up..but you have no leads…its all a waste of time…and money.

So RIGHT NOW…SERIOUSLY… RIGHT NOW…write down the 12 marketing strategies above and tape it where you can see it EVERY DAY at your computer.  Set a timetable for setting up and implementing each one of the strategies above (particularly the first 6)  with a DEFINITE WRITTEN DEADLINE AND STICK TO IT.

If you do this I GUARANTEE you will transform your business and start to make money…FAST!!
